Over the summer, I started my first "Big Girl Job". I'm in sales, so I assumed business suits and slacks all day everyday - not thrilled at all. Turns out, a lot of companies are actually starting to dress more casually around the office (fine by me!). I suddenly started researching all the various terminologies of business attire.

My work has a Semi-casual/ Casual attire dress code, so that meant jeans and work appropriate shirts of any kind! I realized quite quickly that my off-the-shoulder sweaters and college attire were not going to make the cut, haha.

One of my go-to favorite work looks would have to be this top from Cotton & Grain. It's a beautiful green color and the eyelet detail gives off the perfect girly touch! I typically pair it with my Free People flare jeans or just plain dark-wash skinny jeans.
